Is it possible to have a firearm delivered to my residence?
No, it is not possible to have a firearm directly shipped to your home. The lawful transfer of a firearm to an individual requires it to be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder who can then transfer the firearm to the individual.
Do you allow trade-ins?
Yes, we welcome trade-ins and purchases from our local customers. However, we can only accept trade-ins or purchase firearms when they are presented to us in person. We do not accept trade-ins or purchase firearms that are shipped to us.
Do you provide discounts for law enforcement or military personnel?
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer any special discounts. However, we hope to introduce such discounts in the future.
Can I pay using PayPal?
No, we are unable to accept payments via PayPal as their terms and conditions prohibit the buying and selling of firearms, firearm parts, and ammunition on their platform.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped promptly within 3-10 business days after we receive your payment and verify your Federal Firearms License (FFL) information. We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa as valid forms of payment.

Any magazines included with a firearm purchase that violate capacity laws will not be shipped, substituted, or refunded.
By purchasing an item from AT Guns and Gear LLC, you (Buyer) agree to release the seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any of our firearms, new or used.
AT Guns and Gear LLC reserves the right to refuse the sale of any order placed.
If an item's description contains an error, such as an incorrect photo, price, accessory, or description, and a customer places an order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition, and we will issue a refund. By placing an order, the customer agrees that AT Guns and Gear LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES:
• You are NOT under the age of 18 when ordering rifle ammunition.
• You are NOT under the age of 21 when ordering handgun ammunition.
• Ammunition contains lead. Exposure to lead may result in health problems. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, and cleaning of firearms, may result in exposure to lead. Use sufficient ventilation when firing and wash your hands after handling. You assume all responsibility for any lead exposure.
As for used firearms,
it is important for the buyer to understand that they are solely responsible for ensuring the firearm is safe to shoot before use. It is recommended that a qualified gunsmith inspects any used firearm before firing. By placing an order for a used firearm with AT Guns and Gear LLC, the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless against any damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, misuse, or disregard. Additionally, the buyer agrees to release the seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any used firearm purchased from AT Guns and Gear LLC.
