• Transfer Fee: $30 per firearm

• Multi-firearm Transfer: $15 for each additional gun on the same form

• NICS Background Check: Included

How It Works:

1. Provide our FFL info to the seller.

2. Email us at TIM@ATGUNSANDGEAR.COM to notify us of your incoming transfer.

3. We’ll contact you when it arrives and is logged in.

4. Bring your valid ID and NYS permits (if required) when picking up.

📦 Private Party Transfers (Person-to-Person)

• We handle private, in-person firearm transfers.

• Both buyer and seller must appear with ID.

• All NYS background check laws apply.

• Standard transfer fees apply.

🔒 Firearm Storage

Need short- or long-term firearm storage?
We offer secure, legal storage options.

• $25 per firearm per month

• $200/month for 10 firearms

• Firearms left unpaid/unclaimed after 30 days may be subject to forfeiture as outlined in our storage agreement

⚖️ Legal Compliance

All firearms must comply with ATF and New York State laws.
Buyers are responsible for:

• Having required NYS permits (e.g., semi-auto rifle permit)

• Knowing what is legal for them to own

• Ensuring their firearm or magazines are NYS-compliant

We do not modify firearms for compliance unless arranged beforehand.
