This website is provided by AT GUNS AND GEAR LLC on an "AS IS" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of this site or the information, content, or products displayed on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AT GUNS AND GEAR LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not apply to any product warranties provided by manufacturers of the products sold.

In some jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, some of the above disclaimers may not apply.

AT GUNS AND GEAR LLC, its employees, officers, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential—arising from the use of this site or its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to discontinue use.

All products sold on this website are for adult use only. By ordering, you certify that you are of legal age and not prohibited from purchasing firearms or related items. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, use, and purchase of products.

Refund & Return Policy


No refunds or returns on firearms, optics, or ammunition once they leave our store. All firearms and optics are tested for functionality before sale.

Other products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase, in original packaging and unused condition, subject to inspection.

All sales on the following items are final:

• Special orders
• "As-is" or used products
• NFA items
• Electronic sights, optics, and illumination devices

Item Storage Fees


Items not picked up within the specified timeframes will incur the following storage fees:

• Days 31–59: $5.00 per day
• Days 60–89: $10.00 per day
• Minimum storage charge per firearm: $25.00 per month
• After 90 days: Items will be forfeited to AT GUNS AND GEAR LLC. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted after forfeiture.

Shipping Policy

• No products will be shipped outside the United States.
• Firearms and ammunition must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the customer’s choice.
• Customers are responsible for contacting the receiving FFL prior to shipment.

Purchasing Firearms Online

Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals. All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid FFL holder. In-store pickup is available. We may contact and verify the FFL before shipment. Buyers are encouraged to confirm transfer acceptance with their selected FFL prior to purchase.

Secure Transmission

All checkout information is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS), ensuring data remains private and secure during transmission.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically shipped within 3–10 business days from our store or distributor warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

Online Price & Description Errors

Product descriptions and prices are subject to change and may contain errors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving pricing or description mistakes. If an order is canceled, your payment will be refunded.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be at least 18 to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 for handgun ammunition. All ammo ships via ground with adult signature required. Always verify local laws before purchasing.
